This post should come as no surprise, I love Mexican just about as much as I love my child, maybe a little more. All kidding aside, I could not wait to try this recipe. This is another Pinterest find, slowly but surely, Pinterest is becoming my go-to site for recipes because it is mostly women like myself discovering, cooking, and perfecting delicious recipes. You can add or omit any ingredient that you choose, making this the ultimate dinner recipe. I will post the recipe below, which I happened to follow to the letter and it turned out phenomenal, as you can see above.
